Accordion Interactions
The Articulate Storyline accordion interactions are designed to be responsive and house essential course resources. This design ensures that learners can navigate through narration, text, and images at their own pace, thereby enhancing their overall learning experience.
Overview
The primary aim is to creatively transform a text-heavy page into an interactive navigation system that invites users to explore course resources designed to enhance their teaching strategies and learner engagement.
Purpose
To create the accordion interactions, I chose vector images that resonated with the audience and customized their colors to match the institution's branding for a cohesive visual experience. The layout was carefully aligned with timing, narration, and animation to provide users with a seamless learning experience. The accordion tabs were strategically sequenced and aligned with the learning objectives to make it easy for users to find relevant information. The on-screen text was kept concise and placed near related graphics to facilitate better learning. Narration was included to provide explicit instruction, and adding mouse click sounds to the tabs simulated learner control, enhancing engagement. The resources were sequenced carefully to match the learning objectives, making navigation intuitive and user-friendly.
